I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and the service from staff members like Patrick and the cheerful bell hops was top-notch. However, our room wasn’t cleaned as we requested, and we had a noisy family next door, which affected our relaxation. Overall, while the service was great, the issues with the room and noise made it less ideal for a full relaxation getaway.

However, we were surprised by the additional costs for activities and dining, which added up quickly. Overall, it's a nice resort with great staff, but be prepared for higher than expected expenses.

I had an incredible stay at Tradewinds! The service from the staff was fantastic, and the beautiful beach location made my trip very enjoyable. The only downside was that prices have risen, making it less of an affordable getaway. Still, it was worth every penny for the experience and amenities provided!
